What Are Some Benefits of Salt Baths?
Using epsom salts or sea salts in a bath can help to ease achy muscles, skin irritations and even calm inflammations. An aromatherapeutic bath can help improve sleep, ease pain and reduce internal stress. Salt baths are also a great way to reduce acne and blemish related inflammation.
Taking a long bath using Pink Himalayan Lavender Bath Salts can be a luxurious way to relax at the end of a hard day.

How to Make Aromatherapeutic Bath Salts
To make aromatherapeutic bath salts, you will need to combine all of your ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix them together. If you would like to add in extra essential oils, add 10-15 drops as you combine your ingredients.
You can store them in a container such as a small jar.

You can use as much or as little as you like. I recommend 2 tablespoons per bath. You can bathe using bath salts 2 to 3 times per week.
