Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a well greased pie dish, lay out your pie crust.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk your eggs and milk together.
Place your pulled pork and shredded cheese into the pie crust and evenly distribute the filling.
Pour your egg mixture over the filling in the pie crust.
Sprinkle your chopped chives, salt and pepper on top.
Place pie dish into heated oven and bake at 375°F for 40 to 45 minutes.
