How to make a creamy taco sauce

Begin by mincing your garlic.

You can go about creating this taco sauce two ways. The first way is to add all the ingredients into a mason jar and use an immersion blender to mix them together.

I prefer to whisk mine together in a bowl but the immersion blender method is a great time saver.

Add the mayonnaise and sour cream into a large mixing bowl.

Use a whisk to mix them together. When the mayo and sour cream are fully incorporated, add in the spices, lemon juice and garlic.

Whisk together until your taco sauce is creamy and ready to go!
